1. Chef de Partie ( CDP )
Task :

• Responsible for managing the smooth operation of the kitchen (division of labor)
• Formulate and propose a new menu every month and action plan
• Controlling Food cost and quality products in accordance with established standards
• Create purchase order
• Make estimates (forecast ) to be achieved

Requirement:

• Male , 25-35 years old
• Vocational education / D I / D III in Hospitality, Boga
• Min. 1 year experience in a hot kitchen / main kitchen and 6 months in the cold kitchen
• Min. 6 months experience in butcher section
• Having knowledge of cooking, FB Product operation , Indonesian / western / Chinese / Indian food
• Domicile in Central Java

2. Head of Section House Keeping
Task :

• Ensuring readiness and completeness of the rooms in a condition ready for sale with a standard
• Ensuring a clean and tidy condition in accordance with the standards in the public area ( front of house and back of the house )
• Ensuring the washing and ironing clothes in accordance with the standards
• Ensure the barn house keeping administration in accordance with the standards
• Create a work program for the improvement of the work piece house keeping
• Making work schedule section house keeping as manager on duty

Requirement :

• Male, 25-35 years old
• Education DI / D III in Hospitality
• Having knowledge in the field of House keeping
• Min. 2 years experience as a Supervisor House Keeping
• having leadership skill
• Problem solving ability and make decisions
• Meticulous and neat
• Creative and innovative
• Domicile in Central Java

3. Back Office
Task :

• Financial reporting
• Create reports statistics
• Archiving

Requirement :

• Female, max. 30 years old
• Attractive
• Preferably have experience in accounting (DIII accounting)
• Domicile in Central Java

4. Front Desk Agent
Task :

• Received a room reservation in accordance with established procedures and reports relating to reservation of rooms
• Receive and record all transactions, hotel guests in accordance with established procedures
• Served as a telephone operator
• Information center for guests and prospective guests

Requirement :

• Female / male
• Max. age 28 years old
• Education D I/ D III in Hospitality
• Domicile in Central Java
